How we work.

A clear process with no surprises. At any moment you know what we're working on, what comes next and when it will be done.

Project phases.From idea to launch in six steps

  1. 01Duration: 2–5 days

    Discovery

    We talk about your business, goals, audience and competitors. We ask a lot of questions to understand what the website needs to achieve — not just how it should look.

    // What you get

    • Short project brief
    • Competitor analysis
    • Detailed quote and project plan

    Your roleA 30–60 minute kick-off call and answers to a short questionnaire.

  2. 02Duration: 3–7 days

    Strategy & structure

    We define the sitemap, the content of every page and the user journey to an enquiry or purchase. We research keywords so the structure is search-optimised from day one.

    // What you get

    • Sitemap
    • Wireframes of key pages
    • Keyword list

    Your roleReview and approve the structure; prepare copy and photos (or we prepare them).

  3. 03Duration: 1–2 weeks

    Design

    We create the visual design in line with your brand — mobile first, then desktop. You review the design as an interactive prototype.

    // What you get

    • Design of the homepage and key pages
    • Mobile and desktop versions
    • Up to two rounds of revisions

    Your roleFeedback on the prototype.

  4. 04Duration: 2–6 weeks

    Development

    We build the site with modern technologies and connect the CMS, forms, analytics and any integrations. During development you have access to a staging version and weekly progress updates.

    // What you get

    • Staging version available online
    • CMS connected for editing
    • Technical SEO setup

    Your roleReview the staging site and add final content.

  5. 05Duration: 3–5 days

    Testing & launch

    We test the site across devices and browsers, measure speed, check the forms and fix every issue we find. Then we go live and submit the site to Google.

    // What you get

    • Site tested on all devices
    • Domain, SSL and hosting configured
    • CMS training

    Your roleFinal approval before launch.

  6. 06Duration: Ongoing

    Growth & support

    After launch we monitor results, take care of security and updates, and suggest improvements based on real visitor data.

    // What you get

    • Monthly report (with a maintenance plan)
    • Security updates and backups
    • Recommendations for next steps

    Your roleOptional — maintenance is never mandatory.

Principles.What we always stick to

  • 01

    One point of contact

    Throughout the project you talk to one person who knows every detail — no hand-offs, no repeating yourself.

  • 02

    No hidden costs

    Everything included in the price is in the quote. If the scope changes, we agree first and work second.

  • 03

    You own it

    The domain, hosting and content are registered in your name, and the rights to the site transfer to you when the project is complete.

  • 04

    Quality over speed

    We don't promise unrealistic deadlines. We'd rather deliver a day later than ship a site with bugs.

Collaboration.How we communicate

  • Online meetings

    Google Meet or Zoom for the kick-off, design presentations and key decisions.

  • Email & messaging

    Day-to-day communication by email, with replies within one business day.

  • Figma prototypes

    Review designs in your browser and leave comments directly on elements.

  • Staging site

    A link to the site in progress that you can follow and test from the first day of development.
