These terms of use govern access to and use of postulat.rs, owned by Postulat IT, registered at Vojvode Mišića 21, lokal 5, 35250 Paraćin.

By accessing and using the site you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

You may freely use the site for information purposes and to get in touch with us. You may not:

• attempt unauthorised access to the site, servers or data;
• upload or transmit malicious code, viruses or other harmful content;

Portfolio projects are shown with our clients' permission. Client and third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Blog articles provide general advice and are not a substitute for professional advice tailored to your specific situation.

Sending an enquiry through the site does not bind you or us. Any engagement is agreed in a written quote or contract setting out the scope of work, timeline, price, payment terms and transfer of rights.

Unless the contract states otherwise, the rights to the delivered website, design and content transfer to the client once all agreed payments have been settled. Licences for third-party components (such as fonts, plugins or photos) are subject to their owners' terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. We will try to resolve any dispute amicably; if that is not possible, the competent court at the registered seat of Postulat IT shall have jurisdiction.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
