About the client
CAD ART is an architecture studio from Paraćin, Serbia, specialising in family home design, with more than 33 years of experience, over 500 completed projects, a Serbian Chamber of Engineers (IKS) licence and a 5.0 rating on Google. It guides investors through the whole process — from plot analysis and concept design, through 3D visualisation, to complete technical documentation for the building permit and construction drawings.
Challenge
The studio wanted a website that shows investors exactly what their house will look like before construction, presents a large catalogue of designs and the service packages in one place, and guides them from their first question to an enquiry — on mobile too.
Solution
We built a fast website with a house-design catalogue filterable by type (modern, single-storey, multi-storey, with garage or attic) and floor area, a render gallery page for every design and 360° 3D interior tours. The Basic, Standard and Premium packages are easy to compare, alongside plot analysis, an investors page, an advice blog, FAQs and quick contact by phone, WhatsApp or Viber.
// What we delivered

// Speed test
