About the client

navreme.net is an online booking and appointment management platform for service businesses — beauty salons, hairdressers and barbers, private practices, field services, cleaning, car washes, trainers and consultants. Clients pick a service and a genuinely free slot 24/7, while the business pays no per-booking commission and needs no payment card.

Challenge

The goal was a single system that adapts to very different kinds of work — a salon where the client picks a stylist and a time, a service that travels to the client's address, a trainer running group classes — giving the owner the whole team's schedule in one place and clients booking without calls, messages or creating an account.

Solution

We built the complete platform: a marketing site with a page for each industry, and a dashboard with a calendar for the whole team (day, week and month views), shifts, breaks and time off, a client list, services and prices, reviews and a monthly report in PDF or Excel. Each service uses one of three booking modes — direct booking, a request with address and photos, or a group session with limited spots. Every business gets a public profile with a gallery, verified reviews, location and five-step booking, plus email confirmations, reminders and a link to reschedule or cancel.
