About the client

NEROA is an independent specialty coffee roastery from Belgrade, Serbia, with the tagline “Coffee worth slowing down for.” It sells espresso blends, single origins from Brazil, Colombia and Ethiopia and a decaf, in 250 g, 500 g and 1 kg bags, as whole beans or ground for a specific brew method — alongside brewing gear (V60, moka pot, scale, hand grinder) and NEROA cups and tumblers.

Challenge

The roastery needed a store that carries the brand's premium feel while helping customers who don't know much about coffee pick the right one — by brew method, roast level and flavour — and buy it easily, once or on a regular subscription.

Solution

We built an elegant bilingual store (Serbian and English) with a coffee catalogue filterable by roast, brew method, flavour profile and price, and product pages showing tasting notes, origin, roast level and a visual flavour profile. A “Find your coffee” quiz recommends a coffee from two questions, a Discovery Box offers four 100 g coffees for newcomers, and the NEROA Club subscription delivers every 14 or 30 days at 10% off. Checkout runs through a slide-out cart with a free-delivery threshold and add-on suggestions, plus accounts with Google sign-in and a Journal of brewing guides.
